HOAandRent was founded by property management professionals who experienced firsthand the challenges of managing communities and rental properties using outdated, manual processes.
We saw an opportunity to bring the same level of care and expertise we applied to our own properties to a much larger portfolio. Our vision was to create a service that handles the day-to-day so property managers can focus on what really matters, their communities and investments.
